1. Reservation and Booking

All bookings at Krushnam Villa Resort are subject to availability. Confirmations are only valid after payment or WhatsApp booking confirmation. Please provide accurate personal information when booking.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur extra charges.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival to avoid charges. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the same method of booking.

4. Payment Terms

Payments can be made via WhatsApp booking confirmation or on arrival at the resort. All payments are final and non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for the safety of their belongings.
• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
• Guests must respect resort property and facilities.
